2. Recognize which interventions are most likely to have the greatest impact on reducing the time to full recovery for the injured worker
3. List specific steps to improve the quality of impairment assessment
4. Identify current treatment guidelines and those being developed
5. Understand utilization review and UR investigations
6. Identify best practices in treatment delivery
7. Identify the factors that are associated with increased workers’ compensation costs
8. Design strategies to mitigate the effect of factors that increase workers’ compensation costs.
