HCN Mail eliminates all the administrative overhead associated with printing full case documentation (paper bills and notes), stuffing, stamping addressing and mailing paper envelopes. HCN Mail automatically sends electronic links to your customers giving them on-demand access to secure web-viewable copies of case-related documents.
HCN Mail is an important adjunct to an HCN deployment enabling Providers to institute a “paperless default” method of delivering notes and invoices to all customers regardless of their size. This is especially helpful for those clients who may not generate the volume of business required to qualify for full enrollment in HCN and its broad suite of applications.
