Secure Delivery Service (Secure Store & Forward)
HCN’s Secure Delivery Service (SDS) is an ad-hoc system that allows the practice users of HCN to send any document in a case to an outside user. These documents can be send via email or fax.
An email receipient must have a valid HCN digital certificate. HCN’s Secure Delivery Service is ideal for businesses that need case-related documents delivered to their local computer but are not everyday users of HCN Full Case Tracking system. SDS users do not need to be part of a ‘Case Team’ to recieve notes and bills; attorney’s are a prime example.
